God is Love
In this post, Pam encourages you to focus on God this Valentine’s Day, because God is love.
Love or Attack. YOU decide.
Competition is a good thing AND a bad thing. It is definitely not a Valentines kinda LOVE, but sadly often people attack what they can’t control. It is human nature to try to control our environment by trying to control one another in various ways.
We want to BE understood.
We want to be #1.
We make excuses why others are to “blame” for our poor attitude or grumpy mood.
We COMPARE ourselves with each other.
That is the world’s way but God’s way is so much better.
God IS Love!!! He is our TRUE Valentine. He wants to bless us. He KNOWS what we need. And…Rather than COMPETE with one another, He wants us to COMPLETE one another. We are each just one small piece of a much bigger puzzle. God chose the details of our “puzzle design”. And God desires we all then CHOOSE to fit together smoothly so the world can see the bigger picture that our CREATOR had in mind when He created each of us just the way we are.
Rather than COMPETE with one another, God wants us to COMPLETE one another. Share on XHe desires we embrace that difference (by His design) in ourselves AND in others. But how do we do that? It seems impossible, right?
